The Challenge
The brand needed to translate its whimsical, indulgent identity into a high-performance digital environment. The challenge was to maintain the brand's unique charm while rigorously optimizing for conversion across fragmented channels—specifically bridging the gap between their direct-to-consumer website and the highly competitive Amazon marketplace.
The Solution
I executed a data-backed redesign rooted in customer behavior research. Using Figma and Photoshop, I developed a cohesive design system applied extensively to Amazon Store page development and Seller Central assets. This included crafting "stop-the-scroll" product imagery, optimized storefront layouts, and rich landing page banners that unified the visual storytelling across every touchpoint.
The Result
The initiative delivered a high-performing e-commerce experience that looks as good as it sells. By standardizing the visual language and optimizing assets for purchase intent, we achieved a measurable increase in engagement and a stronger, more cohesive brand presence that drives consistent sales across both the website and third-party marketplaces.
